The Library's open, and this morning, there are chocolates for the aides. Nobody else, though, so shoo!

"Riiight," Parker drawled, vaguely remembering New Year's. "Hmm. Oh, I know. Music. That can be romantic, if you want, or just personal, something you know she'd like. You could do a mix CD if you want to really make it exactly what you know she'd like." She smiled wryly. "Even the most jaded among us material girls can be charmed by good tunes."

"That's workable," Cameron frowned. "Think that would do? I just... it doesn't seem like enough."

She studied him a minute. "A private picnic, maybe? In your room? That wouldn't break your wallet, and she might like it. If you *really* need some money, I could let you have some. It's not like I don't have a ton I don't need. But that probably wouldn't go over well."

"Actually, that's kinda the one part I have covered. Joel doesn't mind if I use the theater on tuesday for a private show. It's just the gift part that I'm still struggling with," he shrugged and looked a bit embarrassed at the offer. "Thanks, but it's really something I should pay for myself."

Parker shrugged, then said, "Offer's open. Oh, hey, I know. You cook, don't you? Food. Chooooocolate." Parker drew out the word lovingly. "That'll be a good thing to add to it. No girl in the world who doesn't appreciate *that*."

Cameron laughed. "As main course?"

"As everything! Mole', chocolate-covered fruit, ooo, strawberries--" Parker's eyes may roll back in her head at this point, "--hot chocolate, chocolate cake for dessert... It's very Valentine's." She grinned. "I'm assuming she *does* like chocolate here."

Cameron chuckled and he might be blushing more than a little bit as he replied. "Yeah, I'm pretty sure she does."

Parker smirked. "Ahem. And there's always chocolate paint, if you like other kinds of dessert."

Definitely blushing now and he might actually mutter something about where she knows he could get that.

Parker's looking very amused. "There's places on-line. The Sin used to sell it, but I think the on-line stuff is better anyway. I wouldn't be All & Sundries wouldn't have, oh, frosting that would work too." She bit her lip. "Or, I have a leftover tube that didn't get opened. Michael fled town before that."

Cameron's too busy staring at his shoes to notice her amusement. That last option really was the least embarrassing one. "How much would you want for it?" He mumbled.

"Five bucks?" It was worth twelve, but it's not like she needs the cash. "You could stop by and pick it up, or I could drop it in your mailbox."

"Uh, does it fit in my mailbox?" Cameron asked as he got out his wallet and handed Parker a five dollar bill.

Parker tilted her head. "I think so? It's the size of a tube of toothpaste. I can get them to open it up for me at the office and leave it there, probably." She took the five and stuck it in her purse , lips quirking. "I'll leave it there after Tactics."

Cameron scratched below his ear. "Or you could just give it me in Tactics?" He suggested. "But not too obviously..."

Parker laughed. "In a plain brown paper bag, maybe? It'll look like a drug drop. But that's your call."

"That works," Cameron nodded. "Drugs is a perfect cover up too." ~~Cause he really does look like a drugs dealer. Yay meta!~~

Parker gave him a pitying look. "Never mind. I'll figure out something. Shoo." She grinned. "And I'll see you later."

Cameron saluted her. "Yes, ma'am. Thank you, ma'am."
