Drama! Thursday, Period Four

There was no burly thunder god standing in front of the class room this Thursday. Instead, there was a god who could in no way be considered 'burly'. But he liked to think he made up for that in intelligence.

"Greetings, classmates! I am Loki, your teaching assistant, and I am here to fill in for mine brother this week." Try not to look too thrilled, guys. "In light of the weekend the island deemed fit to grant us, I believe we shall look back upon our childhoods and play pretend."

He had his phone out and ready to check on how the people of Midgard engaged in such play. It was very enlightening. "So, you may either decide to play at 'house'--why one would enjoy a domestic game I will never understand--or at 'cops and robbers'."

Easiest class ever, right?

"And then we shall mix them and have the homes you have created in tour imaginations be violated by the violence of crime."

Yeah. That was just... yeah.

Oddly enough, Karla was going to play house today. Mostly so she could imagine herself making a delicious meal to astound all her friends and quiet those nay-sayers (Ender) who said she couldn't do it!

"Oh, you'd like thirds, Ben?" she trilled. "Of course! I made plenty of pie for everyone! Jono, stop hogging the cobbler and pass it around. Priestly looks like he wants some."

Juliet reached up to touch her imaginary hat and went for a walk around the classroom. She felt like being a hero today.

"Here I am," she announced, a bit woodenly. "Corporal Juliet Darling, patrolling the neighborhood and keeping it safe."
