Junior Achievers Club, Wednesday (after classes)

When the members of the Junior Achievers club got to the Danger Shop today, they'd find two important things - a table with cupcakes on it, and the Danger Shop set up to resemble a playground, filled with little kids.

"Okay, we know it might be a little too soon to be dealing with kids after the weekend, but just go with us on this one," Billy said, pointing to the cupcakes like they might help soothe any post-weetiny blues. "The island likes to make us relive our childhoods sometimes, but not everyone gets changed when that happens--" and now Billy was pointing at himself "--and being a 'grownup' around everyone else this weekend got me thinking. A lot of folks struggle with people in general not being accepting of those who have special abilities, but if we can convince kids that we're good, or at least not dangerous, then maybe that'll help in the long run."

Maybe. They could hope.

"Anyway, the challenge for today is to play with the kids and show off what you can do, or help them in some way, or just use what you can do in a positive way. If nothing else, it might be helpful the next time the island decides to mess with us."

George was definitely taking a cupcake, yes.

He wasn't a big fan of sugar, so much, but perhaps he could use it to keep a tiny human happy.

Oh, little kids. Evan had... no experience with those. He'd kind of spent his weekend hiding from them.

... Could anyone blame him, really?

Magneto's expression? One of doubtfulness.

Then again child-rearing was never one of Magneto's strong points.
