The Chef is clearly hungover this morning. He has sunglasses over his eyes and he's drinking water very slowly out of a bottle.

Walter took a bite of his sandwich before nodding. "I do not know what monopoly is, but giving money to charity sounds about right. I wonder if he would make the same proposition if the game were strip poker?"

Nadia thought for a moment. "He might die of nervousness and embarrassment, first, if there were girls present. But if he survived that, he probably would."

Walter pointed his fork at Nadia and laughed, "I think most guys would consider strip poker to be rather pointless if there were no girls present."

"You wouldn't," Pip said.

"I said most guys. I am not most guys," Walter said unrepentently.

Nadia covered her rather embarrassing reaction to Walter's unabashed lack of denial of enjoying seeing other guys naked with an impromptu coughing fit and a long sip of her soda.

Okay, so she wasn't quite over him just yet. "Girls are canny, though," she said. "We know how to get through strip poker without revealing too much."

Well, the smart ones did, anyway.

"Girls have more to reveal, so they must be extremely canny," Walter noted. "Maybe we should give it scientific testing sometime." With lots of alcohol and some Wonka root beer for Victor.

And there went that coughing fit again, only somewhat longer, and accompanied by Nadia's cheeks turning the color of the streaks in her hair. "Sure," she managed to choke out. "If you really want me seeing you naked,"

"You are terribly confident in your card abilities. I learned to play from soldiers." He looked over at Pip. "Okay, so did he, so perhaps I should worry about it, but perhaps you should be worrying about the other players seeing what color your skivvies are."

Nadia raised an eyebrow. "Half this school already has." She shrugged. "But I learned to play from street kids. They're probably about as cunning and viscious as soldiers when it comes to cards."

"That sounds like a challenge," Walter said, grinning. "Should we try it with or without tequila?" Yes, the grin was definitely bordering on a smirk.

"If you want me only speaking Spanish and wanting to wander off in search of the Cow, by all means, bring the tequila." Nadia grinned. "Of course, if you only want me drunk, you'd be better off with rum."

Walter laughed and shook his head. "I will definitely be bringing my camera if you go hunting the cow again. Maybe I should let Blair decide which alcohol to bring?"

He sobered just slightly, "Does he drink?"

Nadia frowned. "You know? I have no idea. Though I get the feeling if he doesn't, he wouldn't mind just hanging out if we were. He likes to observe people and how they act under different situations." She narrowed her eyes. "And you have a camera, I'll have to turn into a non-drinker."

"Aww, that would be no fun." Walter pulled a face. "I will leave the camera in my room in that case."

"Excellent. And remember to wear some nice looking undergarments."

She managed to only blush a tiny bit when she said that. She was making progress!

"Blair doesn't drink," Pip threw in. "He kind of nurses it, though. I told him he didn't need to, but he insisted. Part of "blending in", I think he said."

"We can give him something non-alcoholic that looks like it has alcohol if he wants to blend in. Are you game? We'll have to invite people of both genders so everyone will have someone to look at."

Nadia filed that away for further reference. "That sounds like him." She thought for a moment. "You seem to know Blair pretty well, Pip. Do you know why he apparently convinced Jaye to go on a date with him?"

"Nope," Pip said. "Though I have every intention of finding out. Maybe he was worried that your date went bad and wanted someone who was older and more experienced with dates to help him practice?"

Nadia raised an eyebrow. "If he asked her after we had our date yesterday, I doubt it. We set up a second date." She shrugged. "Though it's not like we're totally committed or anything."

She was still visibly annoyed at the idea that he was asking anybody else, but also visibly trying not to be.

Fun with being a teenager!

Walter did blush this time.

He'd have to borrow some undergarments.

It was probably a very good thing Nadia didn't know what exactly Walter was blushing about.

She might have passed out.

It was probably good thing that Victor hadn't been around at this particular point in the conversation, or else he would've been thinking the exact same thing as Nadia and grinning.
