The PA system crackled to life in the early afternoon with a sharp and thankfully short squeal.
"Is this--hello? Hello! This is Principal McGonagall. What a dreadful machine this is. I apologize for the interruption, but I am pleased to announce that the following students should be present at tomorrow's first Student Council meeting: Paddra Nsu-Yeul, Loki Laufeyson, Minako Aino, Stacey McGill, Alec Lightwood, Bertha Marilla Blythe, Dave Nelson, Lex Luthor, Karla [*squeak*], and Petra West. Thank you all for volunteering your time. Now, how do I turn this blasted thing off? Oh?"
