Stark thinks art theft is entertaining and thoroughly enjoys the movie. But then, he thinks robbing banks is entertaining too. Not that he's had any experience with that or anything.

Bridge is taking notes. But they're probably more about how to *capture* art thieves than how to successfully pull off a heist. Hey, you can take the cadet out of the Academy, but you can't take the Academy out of the cadet...
