Library, Thursday All Day

So, Evan really hadn't known what to make of the small stack of little balls that were sitting on the desk to greet him when he stepped into the library that morning. He had been expecting the books to be up to something today, sure, but this... this really didn't seem to be a book thing.

Of course, it wasn't long before curiosity got the better of him and he pressed the button on one of the little red and white balls.

"Puppy!"

The library was open, and if anybody needed Evan, they'd find him curled up on the floor behind the desk with a book, more or less buried under dozing puppies and kittens.

Who at some point managed to sneak away so that he could bring his own dog in to cuddle with the puppies.

If the library was going to be buried in adorable things anyway, he figured he might as well.

So, after reading yesterday's issue of Uncanny X-Force, I can say with absolute certainty that Ingvar's birthday has the best timing ever. Because I was probably going to bury my boy in puppies and kittens and sunshine and joy today anyway.
