Pinkie had the class meeting in the Danger Shop again for their final event. The whole place was set up like a massive sporting arena, including a professional grade running track, a full sized sports field arranged with various types of mats and equipment from hurdles to long jump pits to two above ground backyard swimming pools, one with a diving board, one with a raft (both with shark fins circling merrily about). It was clearly set up for some sort of decathlon -- except for the extension cords trailing about every which way.

But, well, there had to be SOMEWHERE to plug in all the irons.

"Welcome to our very last class of the summer!" Pinkie greeted. It was her very last class of the summer, anyway, and that was all that counted, right? "Today, we're going to play the ultimate in amazingly cool sports: EXTREME IRONING!"

No, you weren't imagining things, that really was a spontaneous echo effect on "EXTREME IRONING". It can't be helped. Go ahead, try saying it casually. You'll see.

"So everypony grab an ironing board, an iron, and a couple of wrinkly shirts, and let's. Get. EXTREME!"

Rainbow Dash would be so proud.

Get yourself a board -- there's ones with legs, ones on wheels, and even some with an elaborate harness set up so you can strap it to your chest like you're carrying an old fashioned cigarette tray -- and an iron and pick an event: you can run or bike on the track, long jump into a pit, dive, pole vault, really, just about anything -- as long as you do it while ironing. Points for creativity, successfully dewrinkling shirts and not setting anything on fire!
