Fandom High Welcome Picnic, Front Lawn of the School, All Day: Part I
Well.
It was raining popsicles and suntan lotion today. Because Fandom liked to make the newbies cry sometimes. Yes, the island had a sense of humor about these things.
We've all learned to accept that and move on with our lives. Well, all of us except for Britta. But she's the worst.
[Please wait for OCD is up! This is part one of the picnic, specifically for meeting siblings, roommates, and teachers. The rest of the picnic is happening here and here, in an effort to keep browsers from breaking for as long as possible.]

She was pretty relieved at seeing Sparkle, however.
"Okay, good," she said. "I really thought for a second 'Sparkle' might be some kind of magical friendship unicorn and I'm so not up for that right now."
Nobody told her about Pinkie Pie yet, no.

Maeby's parents had made her sing in a folk music band. At, like, eight. She knew about hippie parenting.

"I was named after one of these things," he replied, shrugging. "Like, right there, in the hospital room. My dad came in with one lit, and my mother was all, oh there's a name like it was actually a good idea or something, and here I am."
If nothing else, it gave him an excuse to carry tiny firework-things around in his pockets.
Re: Meet Your Big/Little Sibling (Summer 2012)
A really, really graphic one. Spoiler: it had been a water birth. So ... yeah.
Re: Meet Your Big/Little Sibling (Summer 2012)
Yes, he was aware of how it was spelled. But still.

The sparkler burned out, and he tossed the charred stick on the ground.

"Less running away, more being sent out of Toronto before I could fuck up the rest of my life by breaking into another house or some shit."
