When the students arrived, they found their teachers standing at the front of the classroom looking, well, like people out of uniform.

Annja was dressed as the Greek Goddess of the Hunt, Artemis, complete with knee-length toga, a quiver of arrows on her back and a bow in her hand. Arya was dressed as the Greek Goddess of Wisdom, Athena. She was also wearing a toga and was holding a spear. There was an owl sitting on the desk next to her.

There wasn't a shred of polyester in sight.

"Welcome to your final for Mythology 101." Annja said calmly after everyone -- and possibly visitors, too -- had arrived.

"As we have discussed in previous weeks --" Or you know, via text messages last night. "--your final assignment was to dress as your favorite mythological character and do a three minute presentation on your choice and why." Arya smiled at the students.

"If there is anything you need to finish your costumes, please let us know," Annja said. "We'll be happy to help you get everything perfect for the presentation that you have been working so hard on all semester."

And get you all out of that horrible plaid.

There was no way that Annja and Arya were wearing those uniforms. :D

Shira had spent most of the night working on her project -- which turned out to be a valkyrie-type outfit. Cobbled together for the class, but still, rather impressive.

And then there was her presentation on Eir (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eir).

What? Healing goddess, hello.

Well. Some of those outfits were very... creative.

The three suit-clad men gave the class's co-teachers a nod of greeting in unison.

Annja smiled politely.

"Welcome to Fandom."

"Thank you, Ms. Creed," the bald one said, returning the smile.

"We see you've elected not to issue a written exam," the man carrying the attaché case added.

"That is correct," Annja said, making a concerted effort not to say that her name was Mrs. Creed-Nast. "We don't feel that a student's grasp of the material can be properly measured by giving them a written test. One can get lucky on a test and not have learned anything. This way, we know what they have retained from our lessons."

"Indeed," the other man with the moustache said with a nod. "A well-thought-out approach."

If any of them approved- or disapproved, for that matter- of such measures, they didn't show it.

~~LOL. No worries! Annja is just extra touchy because these people are interfering in her eyes. :D~~

Annja nodded, placing the bow on the desk. "We thought so after we discussed it for awhile."
