"Model United Nations," [Thursday, April 19, 2012, first period]

It had taken Anakin a half hour to clear the classroom from the adorable but chompy bunnies that had infested it overnight, and one of them had taken a chunk out of his pant leg for his troubles, giving the class a clear view of the duck socks that Juliet had insisted Anakin wear to school today.

"Welcome to our final class of Model United Nations," Anakin said with a slightly strained smile for their guests. "Hopefully you've all learned a lot about, um, uniting nations."

It was possible that Anakin had no idea what the purpose of the United Nations was.

He passed out his exams.

"Good luck everyone. No talking. Your time begins now."

So Stacey's uniform was fixed- thank you, Lucrezia- but the bunnies were something that she was altogether unprepared for. Bunnies were supposed to be cute. What was happening.

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaand now I'm going to be playing the countries quiz forever again.

Stacey wasn't actually a bad student, but wow, she was lost on this one, mostly.

1. She got most of this right. She was a babysitter. She knew that song from the show with the countries. Almost entirely by heart. And would be singing it all day.
2. Thirteen gotten!
3. Steve?
4. In the United Nations building.
5. If the bunnies are the chomping kind, I would sic them after any countries that were currently being bad until they stopped. Same with the lizard if it's a chompy kind, too. If they're still being a pain we could tie them up with a ball of twine until they stop, and everyone gets pudding for dessert if they're good.
I just think your expectations are a little unreasonable here.

It was quite possible, judging from the way the bald man in the crisp black suit was leafing through a stack of papers he'd pulled from the attaché case, that he and his companions (two men with moustaches, similarily dressed) intended to do just that.

[Iiiii have final exams of my own, so will be on SP until this afternoon!]

Simon looked uncomfortable in his uniform.

But then he always looked a little uncomfortable, so there wasn't much of a change from the usual. Except that he was wearing a godawful uniform.

And was a little nervous about how the Protopet order would turn out for them.

"Good morning," said the man holding the attaché case.

"Happy birthday," offered the other man who sported a moustache.

And the bald man didn't speak at all, just returned the nod.

"We've noticed," the bald man said, perhaps a little dryly.

"They're very-" one of the others started to say.

"Prolific," the third finished off.

The slightest hint of a smile appeared on the three mens' faces.

"That would be optimal," the one holding the attaché case said.

"Their presence is interfering with the school's ability to operate properly," the bald one opined.

Alex could mostly thank his adventures in covert ops for his performance on this test.

1. He did...pretty okay on this question. He got all of the obvious ones and some of the not-so-obvious ones, even if a few of them were horrendously misspelled. Oceania was mostly a big blank, and he missed large chunks of Africa and most of the -stans, as well as your smaller European nations. Although he had a startling ability to list any country that was currently a war zone, and even got South Sudan. So he probably got, like, two thirds.
2. Alex got sixteen, and it would have been seventeen if he hadn't put New Zealand for Australia, even if some (such as Sweden, Norway, Jamaica, and South Africa) had question marks next to them.
3. It's some Asian guy! I don't know his name. Something with a Moon?
4. United Nations Plaza, New York, New York, USA

5. Alex spent pretty much every second of the class period that wasn't spent on the first question--or on going back to add countries like Tunisia and oh hey wasn't Georgia a country as well as a state to question one--detailing his frightfully complicated, incredibly cracked out, and just possibly workable plan for this scenario.

"Will you have a chance to conduct your original final assessment?" the other man with a moustache asked.
