There were pizza boxes set out for the student council members this week, but the table was dessert-free this time around. To say that Zoe had been a little occupied since this morning would be an understatement.

"I think Prom went very well," she said, offering up a small smile. "Everyone seemed to enjoy themselves, and the decorations were...successful." They hadn't come off the walls and attacked anyone, so that constituted a success in her mind. "Sadly, with graduation in two weeks, this will probably be our last meeting. It's been a pleasure working with all of you, and I hope that those of you who aren't seniors will run for the council next year. If you have any ideas for end-of-the-year activities, I'd love to hear them. I also have a small request. The school board will be coming on Monday with some...special visitors, and I need two volunteers to take them on tours around the school and the town." Assuming the school board couldn't be convinced of what a terrible idea this was. "I'd be very grateful to anyone willing to help out."

"It's probably too late for senior skip day," Quinn mused. "Could we do some kind of class trip?"

"Where were you thinking?" Annie wondered. "I'm all for fitting in everything I can before we leave."

"My class in Ohio is doing Six Flags," Quinn offered. "How close exactly is the one in Virginia? It could be a thing."

"I don't think it's far," Annie said. "I like it. I think we just need fun at the end of the year."

Because she didn't want Rilla to sniffle anymore. Nor did she want to sniffle herself.

Quinn smiled. "We have a week between exams and grad," she said. "We should use it. Any objections if we try to go Wednesday the 25th?"

She was not going to let herself sniffle at all ~~yet~~.

"I think that would work, for what it's worth," Zoe said. "There isn't much going on that week."

"I can do it!" Annie said happily. "I'll make sure they see everything that makes Fandom great."

No, Annie, you don't want to do that.

Zoe gave Annie a grateful smile. "Oh, thank you. I'm sure you'll do a wonderful job. If, uh, the visit falls through, I'll let you know."

"Ooh me!" Caroline cried out, holding up her hand like she was far too interested in this idea. "I love giving tours. It can be like the Fandom version of House Hunters International! Maybe we can get them to buy us something new!"

Somehow, Zoe had a sneaking suspicion that wouldn't happen, but she appreciated Caroline's enthusiasm. "Thank you. I appreciate that very much, especially if you're successful."
