Today Bond's class found themselves in a bustling market.

"Good morning and welcome to the Fengjia Night Market, Taichung, Taiwan," Bond greeted the class. "Taichung is one of the two potential birthplaces of the main subject of today's class, Bubble Tea. For those of you unfamiliar with the drink, it is hot or cold tea, usually flavoured with fruit and served with tapioca pearls, giving rise to the name."

"So feel free to explore the market, and try the various flavours of tea."

Tea was awesome and Caroline didn't know enough to think Bond anything less than the hottest British professor she'd ever come across. Of course, as she sat and drank her tea, she worked on memorizing her Italian dialogue for that class' final. Mmm...multitasking.
