"Greetings and salutations," Oz said as the class arrived. "I'm sure you're all really for the pop quiz that's worth half your final grade."

He waited a moment to see if he'd managed to put enough fear into them over the semester that they might actually think he was serious. "I'm kidding of course, go, get ready for the dance, have fun," he said, shooing them out of the room.

That was probably because Rapunzel still hadn't really absorbed the idea that grades were important.
