Raven was far too aware of the emotional assault on the island, and between that and the dance, it had her a little out of sorts. She had her shielding at full strength, but it was still giving her a headache keeping it all out. Even the library was affected, since romance novels were popping up on shelves where they surely didn't belong, and pages were fluttering everywhere.

It wasn't an abuse of her powers to put an end to that, was it?

The library was open, and anyone walking in would find themselves smacked with the empathic equivalent of a cold shower.
