"I hope everyone had a good break, and a good start to the semester so far," Zoe said, as everyone gathered around the table for the meeting. She wouldn't discuss the past weekend if everyone else didn't either. "We don't have anything coming up in the next few weeks, as far as I can tell. Valentine's Day is next month, so we might want to start thinking about the annual dance. If anyone has other ideas, I'd love to hear them. Or, we can just enjoy our pizza." Really, she'd be satisfied with the meeting either way.

She wasn't incredibly invested in the thought,. but she figured getting an idea out there for other people to work from couldn't hurt.
