School Announcements, 2/6/06
The Announcements for the day are announced during lunch, today. Dewey really doesn't get that whole 'Wake Up Early' thing.
"Howdy doodley-doo, kids. Did anyone else feel the spirit of rock taking hold of them this Saturday? I totally broke into some kick ass tunes. And this got me to thinkin', kiddos. And that leads us to my first announcement.
A week from Saturday, that'd be the 18th, I think, the Auditorium will be hosting a very special event. An event called auditions. We will be putting on a little play, kiddos. Since this is a very unique school, we'll be putting on a very unique play. Now, I was thinking, it needed pirates. And Ninjas. And some rockin' guitar.
So, we will putting on a very special production called 'Dewey Finn's Pirates and Ninjas of Penzance'. So, noon o clock sharp, auditions in the auditorium. Bring your rockin' voice and your acting skills. More details later.
Oh, and teachers are supposed to turn in attendancey type things to the office today.
Mr. Belty-sore? If'n you want to talk to me, I shall be in my office the rest of the day.
Oh, and I heard something about study groups and vampires or something? If somebody wants to explain that to me, I'm in my office. If you don't, that's cool too. I just want to know if I should be eating more garlic or something. Yeah.
Oh, so that's the announcements. Today, they were brought to you by the words 'Spinal' and 'Tap'. Because today, the announcements went to eleven, which is one louder. G'day kiddies."

Rockin' guitar, eh? He did have two extra guitars as a result of his mysterious abillity to pull guitars from nowhere on Saturday.
