He looked around and took a seat near a window where the proposed patio would go if the "School Beautification Team" actually managed to get anything done. Then, since he was currently eating without a non-smoker in attendance, he lit up, opened his languages book, and began to eat.

Nadia had no idea what was meant by "munth ooff luve-a", or "month of love", for that matter, and had had a very large, very filling very bizarre and spicey breakfast in shop class, so she gave the food a miss.

She was just here to meet up with Walter and find her cat. After that? Well, after that she had to study chemistry. Possibly while experimenting with her own body chemistry by way of the brownies she still had left over from the record store yesterday. She spotted Walter and headed over, content to hang out until he'd finished his meal.

Walter flipped his book closed and stubbed out his cigarette. "You are ready to go look for Furball? And how is your shoulder?"

Nadia performed her now-traditional one armed shrug. "My shoulder's okay." You know, as long as she doesn't use it for stuff. "I'm ready whenever you are."
