Tactics of War [Monday, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.]

Eighth strode into class, wrote the assignment on the board, stationed a few replicators to watch the students, and sat her desk, motionless as she sekritly communed with her agitated brethren who were warring on a far away galaxy.



Please look over your handout from last time, pair up or make groups of three or four – as you wish – and share with your classmates your three favorite war tactics. I will be recording your conversations, no need to turn anything in. If you have any questions, speak to your TA, Callisto. If you need me for any particular reason, however, I will be available after class for questions.

Bless you. Tomorrow should be much less hectic at work than today. Plus I have less in the way of IC classes to run or attend.

"That'll work, too," Anakin said with a grin. "It gives you a lot more option that 'you take you zillion droids and I'll take my thousand slightly annoying Gungans and we'll have ourselves a war.'"

"I don't mind, Parker," said Janet. "I think we're talking about ass-kicking in the general sense. Anakin's espousing the two Jedi againt an army tactic, and I'm fond of covert operations with lots of explosives."

"So, Anakin, you're saying that droids in overwhelming numbers are actually less likely to win than a thousand slightly annoying--what did you call them? Gungans?"
