Lunch: 1/30/06

The happy humming from the kitchen today might be interspersed with occasional worrisome chuckles. Today's menu is written in neat block letters:

- Fettucine Alfredo (with chicken and/or broccoli)

- Steamed Carrots

- Roast Beast Beef and Yorkshire Pudding

- Pad Thai

- Minestrone

Dessert:
- Lemon Sherbet

- Snow Cones

"Maybe," he pouted again, but lanced out his tongue and took the broccoli anyway.

Walter rolled his eyes and dropped a couple more pieces of broccoli on Victor's plate. "You're going to require a lot of upkeep, aren't you?"

"You say it like I'm Pup or something," Victor replied, graciously spearing the broccoli.

"You're warmer." Walter smirked and dropped his last broccoli spear on Victor's plate. "I think I'll keep you."

"Oh, you'll keep me? What am I, your new pet?" He smirked as well.

[ooc: PE time. BBL.]

Walter opened his mouth to comment about keeping Victor on a leash, but decided that might be misconstrued by Victor or any listeners.

Instead he settled for, "I'm not sure. Do you think you can be trained?"

Victor wasn't thinking the same thing as Walter. Nope, not at all.

He instead smirked and replied, "Maybe. Depends on the trainer."

"It would have to be someone patient. Probably someone fast, too, since you're a tricky sort. Can't have you getting away."

"Good thing I'm house trained."

He was a little weirded out by the conversation, but more amused than anything.
