Lunch: 1/30/06

The happy humming from the kitchen today might be interspersed with occasional worrisome chuckles. Today's menu is written in neat block letters:

- Fettucine Alfredo (with chicken and/or broccoli)

- Steamed Carrots

- Roast Beast Beef and Yorkshire Pudding

- Pad Thai

- Minestrone

Dessert:
- Lemon Sherbet

- Snow Cones

He chewed his now broccoli-less pasta and wondered if it was too soon to ask for fighting advice.

"I probably won't be, either. We can work on our legs or something. I forgor...did the doctor say I could take a shower, or am I not supposed to get my stab wet?"

Walter took another bite of pasta and waited until he was done chewing. "When you're less sore, we can work on kicks, too."

"I don't know..." Victor said, a wicked gleam in his eye. "I might need some help washing it. I don't want to rip it open again."
