Medical Post: The Gym

Susan, Zhaan, and others have numerous cots set up with dividers, and a table with their instruments in one corner of the gym. They are treated the injured and preparing for more casualties. After some quick and hasty introductions, they got ready for any incoming patients and hoped there wouldn't be any.


ETA: Post is closed to new play as of 11:22 EST. If you're injured, come into the clinic tomorrow-- the doctors are as fried as their players.

Archie might have nodded if his body were capable of it. As it was, a weak but unmistakable laugh escaped his throat. "Kennedy, Archie, Lieut--" he rasped.

The serial number part would have confused him even if he were lucid, though.

"Good, that's it, just keep breathing it in." Susan adjusted the mix and temperature on the tank, and pulled the electric blanket closer, then checked his fingers and toes. They were starting to blush a little pinker. "Lie down, let me cover you up."

The shivering began to subside a bit, and Archie managed a tiny, grateful smile before lying down and letting her drape the electric blanket over him.

Susan checked his pulse and vitals, and then his temperature; it was 90 degrees, and climbing as she watchd. "I'm going to be right over there, helping other people, butif you need help, or can't breath, just yell. Keep the mask on, do *not* take it off. All right? I'm Dr. Pevensie, if you do need to call."

With a final nod, Archie settled back into the cot and let the heat slowly sink into his badly chilled body. So that was Dr. Pevensie -- he hadn't realized she was trained in medical treatment as well as a therapist.

Impressive. And damned lucky for the school she was here, really.
