E-mail: I-Club and students
TO: Current I-Club members, student body
FROM: Parker, club Clearinghouse officer
RE: Change in scheduling
CC: Dr. House, Miss Calendar, Professor Tick
Due to the fact that I-Club had mushroomed into a *huge* club, the club officers have talked it over, and will now be scheduling meetings of the larger group only once a month. Weekly meetings of our sub-groups-- magic, science, and investigations-- will continue to be held, on a day to be chosen by the sub-group leaders.
The next full I-Club meeting will be on Thursday, February 16. NO I-Club meeting today-- unless the sub-groups want to meet today.
That means, if you have an emergency, you can either contact this E-mail list for help, or call Parker.
If you don't know who to contact for an investigation problem, she'll point you to the right group (because it's possible someone is already working on it).
If you want to attend any of the weekly meetings, you're more than welcome.
If you have any further questions, feel free to e-mail Parker of the faculty advisors.
Thanks!
I-CLUB OFFICERS
[OOC: I-Club has been, and is, a plot clearinghouse, and an opportunity for interaction for characters that don't get a lot. That said, it's become huge but unwieldy, and everyone involved is swamped. So, for plot purposes, if you need to contact someone or get help, use the 'e-mail list'. Or, if you need to find a specific kind of help, and Parker will point you to the right group (especially if you tell her who to contact).
For sub-plot purposes-- the ongoing gremlin traps, Angel's soul sticking, Dru, Darla, etc. -- the sub-group meets. That way not everyone has to show up for a post that doesn't involve them.
The Sub-group for investigations should probably still meet today -- developments in town seem to require it. Veronica, if you can't do that post, let us know; I won't be back until late enough in the afternoon that I can't do it today. Thanks, guys.]
