Rita sat on her desk, checking her lipstick in a compact.

"Good morning, girls and...boy. Today's an easy day. I want you to tell the class what you investigated, and what you discovered. Was it difficult to get people to open up to you? Did you even talk to people, actually? Or did you go the surreptitous route of avoiding human contact?"

She waved at a tray on her desk.

"And do turn in your written findings, please."

"For my investigation, I chose a professor that shall remain anonymous to protect her and her family. Once I chose this professor, I investigated the probability of said professor being wed. I asked the tough questions, she put up a good front but I think I made a breakthrough. What breakthrough, you ask? Well, this professor is very obviously married but also has a very close, non weird, relationship with her brother."

"I investigated Jeff, the God of Biscuits. You know, the bakery? It's actually owned by a guy named Steve. Who lives in the basement. He doesn't like people. And he's ironically an atheist. And also? They sell cookies, but not biscuits. So I don't know if that't a British thing or just a way to confuse us."

Rory certainly looked very confused.

"I investigated Locker 327," Chloe explains. "Or, well, I investigated one of the recent incidents that happened with the locker, concerning Professor Cregg and the Doctor getting sucked in and coming back out as teenagers. I fully plan on investigating more about the Locker if I can. And if Professor Eppes doesn't get us killed before I can find anything out, of course."
