After leaving her classes, Jaye heads to the gym to start setting things up. To say she's disgruntled would be putting it mildly. She's practically datgruntled, too.

Lucky for her, Muppet chickens are easily bribeable, and they help shove tables into place and stick up signs for each one.

There are tables set up throughout the gym, each with a sign taped to the front with the name of the club. Student sponsors should probably be behind it if they want to sell their club. On each table is a clipboard to use when you sign up, but otherwise, you have all that space to put stuff on display or whatever.

Jaye sends the chickens to do their thing (and it's not her fault if a couple stick around to watch the show) takes a seat behind the table nearest to the door to do her thing. If you're rude, you might get thwapped with a clipboard.

All new clubs have a thread. Drop off a registration form with Jaye, and then go find your table and sell it.

All students have to either have a job or sign up for a club. Therefore, go find something. IF YOU DON'T SIGN UP, YOU ARE NOT CONSIDERED A MEMBER. So do so.]

Bridge is sitting at the table, working on repairing someone's digital camera. He's not exactly deeply engrossed in the task or anything, though, so if you felt like chatting, yay!

~~The first rule of Fight Club is - you do not talk about Fight Club.~~ Sawyer approaches Bridge, he's never really met Bridge before so he's kind of stand offish seeing so the boy is working on something.

Bridge looks up from his project.

"Hey, dude!" he says cheerfully.

"Hey, man." Sawyer holds out a hand for a nice manly shake. Since this was Fight Club afterall.

Bridge shakes Sawyer's hand enthusiastically. "So what brings you here? I mean, other than signing up for clubs, which I guess *is* what brought you here? Fight club specifically I guess. I totally didn't expect such a big response from people!" Bridge bounces in his seat a little.

Sawyer chuckles a bit as Bridge bounces around all excitedly, he's never seen such excitement from someone meeting him, "I have anger issues, I figure I'd get them out..legally and in a school sponsored way. So, here I am Fight Club."

Bridge blinks and tilts his head at Sawyer. "Um. I don't think this club is quite what you think it is."

He arches a brow in response, "Explain?" he really was confused now.

"Do you have any sort of martial arts training?" Bridge asks. "Because we're... well, we're not exactly a fist-fighting kind of fight club. We're more about keeping up skills, learning to fight in or against groups, things like that. We're not about dealing with personal agression- um, the club sponsor is *really* adamant about that. We're here to learn how to fight better."

"Uhm, well, I can fight. I don't know if it's considered Martial Arts, I know a range of things; I'm in self-defense this year and all. And my personal aggression won't be much of a problem, I'm being tagged by the administration so I've got to be careful. I thought this would be a great club. I'd like to learn how to fight better, I've got a girl to look after." a small frown comes over him, he'd really like to protect Paige even though she is a witch..it's just the manly thing to do!

Bridge considers Sawyer's words, and then shrugged. "Well, okay then! Just wanted to make sure you knew what the club's goals are and that you have the right kind of skills." he smiled.

Glee! Sawyer shook Bridge's hand, "Great! I can't wait to start. When's our first 'meeting'?"

"A very good question. I need to talk to Alanna, because I don't want it to conflict with Self-Defense, if we can help it. I'm probably gonna send out an email to everyone this weekend so we can work out a time. Sound good?"

"Sounds good to me." Sawyer's practically beaming, he's glad he joined this club, oh yes he is.

Victor paused when he saw Bridge. He wanted some practice with his fighting skills, so he figured Fight Club would be good for him. However, first he head to go through Bridge.

What was he so nervous for, anyway? Just because they hadn't talked in a week and a half didn't mean anything. Just because Bridge had been his first big crush, and now Victor was with Walter didn't mean anything. Bridge was cute and funny and all, but Walter had something that Bridge was missing, something that Victor couldn't pin down at the moment but he somehow knew was what kept the attraction alive. Bridge would probably never really be "just a friend" to Victor, but they would probably never have what he and Walter shared.

Besides, it wasn't as if it was cheating or anything. If anyone was being unfaithful, it was Walter. But he had already made his decision about that.

With a deep, calming breath, he stepped up to the booth. "Hey, Bridge."

"Hey, dude." Bridge says, smiling a little at Victor.

"Hey," he said, giving his best no-way-is-this-awkward grin. "So, what this this club about?"

"Well, it's like... working together to help improve our combat skills, and to learn to fight effectively as a part of a team."

Oh, like the Alpha Sqaudron! he thought, his excitement taking some of the edge off of his nervousness. "That's really cool!" he said. "I think I'll sign up!"

And he does.
