Ted's office hours - Wednesday morning

Ted was asleep in his office with his feet propped up on his desk. There was a little trail of drool about to roll off his chin. He might be able to be woken up if you prod him hard enough.

Ted still wasn't quite awake, so he missed the question even though it was said rather eloquently. "Are you sure you're not Little Boy Blue Eyes Dude?" Ted blinked several times. "Are you Evil Robot Little Boy Blue Eyes Dude?"

"Uh no, last time I check I wasn't a robot." Cameron demonstrated by pinching his own arm. Not that that was a test against not being a robot, but he wasn't sure what was. "I think you might mean John Crichton who looks exactly like me, only a bit pudgier."

Ted took a moment to look him up and down. "Dude. A most uncanny resemblance. But you're totally right. Little Boy Blue Eyes Dude has more of a belly." Reaching out, Ted snagged a soda can from last night and gulped down the remnants of flat, warm Coke. He let out a satisfied sigh that only came with the breakfast of champions and tossed the can into the basketball hoop above his trash can. "What can I do for you, dude?"

Cameron watched the can go through and was impressed to have a teacher that could shoot like that. "Nice arm, sir."

"I was wondering if it wasn't too late to still sign up for Music 201 if there's still room in the class, sir."

"Really? Excellent!" He played the air guitar to a tune of his own. "You are most definitely welcome to join the class dude. Classes are on.." He paused to think. "Classes are later this week. There's a schedule around here somewhere dude. But you haven't missed any yet, unless I've missed some too, which could happen so you'd better ask someone else who's in the class. Is there anything I need to sign?" Ted was good at signing his name now thanks to giving out autographs.

A bit confused by the enthusiasm, and definitely by the lack of organisation, Cameron help out the slip for Ted. "You just need to sign this slip, sir. And I'll make sure to check with another student to see if we missed a class or not."

"Thanks dude!" He scribbled a signature and slid the form back to Cameron. "See you Thursday! Huh.. Thursday. I think that's when the class is. Maybe." He shrugged and grinned.

Cameron frowned, pretty sure it's not. "I thought it was Friday, sir. Last period of the day if I remember correctly."

Ted held up a hand and picked up the phone. He dialled an extrordinarily long number. "Rufus! Dude. It's Ted." There was a pause. "No dude, I'm not in trouble. I've got a question." There was another pause. "No dude, the giraffe's totally fine. One of my student dudes wants to know when my classes are this week. When are they?" Another pause. "Thursday *and* Friday? Whoa. Okay. Yeah, okay, give my love to the medieval babes. Catch ya later Rufus dude!" He hung up the phone. "Thursday *and* Friday, Period 7 dude."

Medieval? Giraffe? Cameron blinked and nodded.

"Cool. Thank you, sir. I'll be there."

"Excellent!" More air guitar. "See ya later, dude!"

A teacher who does air guitars. At least he seemed pretty harmless beside that.

"Bye, sir." Cameron quickly left the office.
