Art Appreciation, Lecture #12

Callisto stood in front of the class. "Okay, guys, it's been a fun ride hasn't it, but like all things this too shall pass.

"Today's our last lecture and in case any of you hadn't noticed, our teacher has upped and vanished on us, without having even the courtesy to leave any notes about whether we passed or not. So here's what we're going to do."

"Write one hundred words on what you've learned from this class, whether or not you wish to continue next semester and if this class influenced your decision to do so. I will pass these along to the next poor fool they get in to teach this subject, so that even if the powers that be declare this semester a wash you'll have some sort of footing with them."

"Well, I was thinking that since it was an extra project to begin with, there's no reason I can see why you shouldn't be able to hand it in to the next teacher," Callisto said. "You've done the work, you should get the credit for it. That's what I'm going to tell them at least."
