Jake is sitting crosslegged on the desks again, laptop in his lap. Next to him lies a piece of paper with a list on. Holiday Diversity is the title. A bunch of names are listed up as well. Jake's drinking coffee and regarding the laptop screen thoughtfully.

Jake looks up. "Yo. Shop interview? You interested? The book store in town?"

Phoebe nods. "Sure thing, I already asked him if I could interview him."

"Coolness." Jake sips his coffee and returns to staring at the laptop screen.

Krycek comes to the meeting and takes a seat at one of the desks Jake's using, snagging his boyfriend's coffee for a short sip.

Jake gives him a brief frown for such rampant coffee-thievery and snags the coffee back.

Not at all cowed, he smirks and settles down, pulling out his journalism assignment to work on some more.

Jake sips his coffee, pointedly, then puts it back down and leans over to look at Krycek's work. "Where's that?"

Angel came by for the meeting like a good little totally spelled out of his mind vampire.

"Hey all." His face lit up when he saw Jake and Krycek. "Guys! Great to see you!"

Krycek looked up, arching an eyebrow at the enthusiastic greeting. "Angel? Good to see you too," he ventured.

"How is everything with you?" Angel asked. He took a seat by Krychek. "I feel like you and I haven't talked in forever."

Chloe comes in, pleased to see people already there. "Hey guys. What's up?"

Rory hobbled in and curled up on the couch in the back. She busied herself with typing up her interview with Aeryn, though she could probably be interrupted.

Jake tilted his head. "You two talk?"

Angel nodded as though Jake had just said something very wise. "My point exactly."

"Chloe!" Angel beamed. "The woman of the hour."

"Just the once, but that was Angelus," he said, frowning slightly. Krycek glanced from Jake to Angel in bemusement. "Almost a couple of months ago, now. Is something up?"

Doing a very Veronica-esque head tilt, Chloe grinned at Angel. She didn't think she'd ever seen him so pleased. "Hey Angel! It's always good to see a smiling face around here."

Angela collapses into a desk at the front of the room, rubbing her eyes.

She wonders idly whether it's possible to mandate the whole school take a break from drama as she waves to the room in general greeting.

"Just my spirits," Angel said. "It's great to see you guys. Especially still together. You are still together, right?"

"You just walked in," Angel pointed out. "How can I do anything but smile?"

"...Uh. Yes?" Jake blinked in confusion. "Why wouldn't we be? Well, there's the coffee stealing, of course..." It was starting to dawn on him that Angel? Was being a bit.. weird.

"Angela," Angel smiled. "Nice to see you again."

"...okay, what do you want?" Chloe asks. "Not that I don't appreciate the buttering up, but..."

"Why do I have to want anything?" Angel asked. "I can't be happy to see you? That is a great outfit for you, by the way. The color highlights your eyes."
