Dream has wheeled in a TV and DVD unit, which is showing a continuous loop of "A Christmas Story."

For some reason, his eyes flash amusement every time the movie gets to the part where Ralphie's mouth gets washed out with soap.

Xander, happily class-free today, sat down with a notebook and started working on the article for his journalism interview. He was dressed in a Free Toasty! thong an incredibly loud holly-and-mistletoe patterned green shirt, and humming Grandma Got Run Over By A Reindeer under his breath. Mostly.

Lee gleefully sits down and studies, a smile firmly on his face as he's just so inexplicably happy.

Draco came in and sat at his usual spot. He tried to study but he kept looking over at Lee, who was smiling like a maniac. He had to ask.

He walks over to where Lee was sitting and stares at him for a second before saying. "I don't believe I have ever in my life seen someone so happy about studying."

Well there was Granger. But she was just crazy.

Lee blinks. "Draco! You're so pretty blonde again!"

"Yeah, I turned back last week. I think my girlfriend was even happier about it than I was, which is saying something." he says "So I have to ask, what is up with the happiness? You do know it's finals week right?"

"Man, how did I miss that?" Lee says, hiding his omg-u-r-not-weasel-bee-anymore sadness with guilty shock. "I don't know, really! Just happy! Probably ate too much toast this morning or something, I dunno!" and he shrugs.

"How many finals do you have left?"

"I've never seen toast do that to a person." he says. But Draco figures that maybe muggle toast has all sorts of government additives to keep the population in check. Either that or toast is another word for marijuana where Adama comes from.

"Worse than finals, I've got a project due in Psych and an essay in Classics. I'd rather have a test any day."

Belthazor settled in study hall, looking at his biology study guide with something less than enthusiasm.

Veronica was on her way to class when she walked past the Study Hall room and spotted Bel. Her anger flared and she didn't even think before storming into the room and straight to the desk where he was sitting. "I need to talk to you," she hissed in his ear, jerking her head toward the hallway.

Bel looked at Veronica with amusement. Undoubtedly she was pissed off about the lap dance last night. Welcoming the distraction from studying for bio, he grinned cockily at her. "Sure," he said, standing up and following her from the room.

Parker wanders by, and checks out the sketch. "Nice. Hey, did you still want me to pose for you again?"

"U-huh," Jake nods. "D'you know when you'd have the time? Like, tomorrow? I need to spend Thursday finishing the essay from hell, but tomorrow would be good."

"Later tomorrow would be fine. I should have my Spanish paper done by then." Parker cocked her head. "Should I bring the guns again?"
