I had been planning on you guys doing a lab today, however it occurred to me that with your final being on Thursday, perhaps you'd be better off with a study guide and a wish for good luck.

Lana looks over at Han and notices he's back being a boy again. She blushes a bit, remembering back to last Thursday. This is the first time she's seen Han since then. But she notices he looks... off.

She goes over to him quietly. "Hey, you okay?"

He looks at her. His face is set and tense.
"I'm okay. Rough weekend. Just-- Never mind."

He gathers his studyguide and books and leaves.

Lana grabs up her things and follows him out. "Hey, wait a minute." She looks at him intently. "Look, I'm worried about you."

She bites her lip. "I... I understand if you don't want to talk about it, but I want you to know I'm here for you. And if there's anything I can do... And if you decide you dso want to talk about it. Well, you know where to find me."

Han takes a deep breath, his face miserable. "Everything's been said. There's nothing you can do about it, pretty girl."

He softens and forces a smile for her. "Look, the next few weeks are gonna be kinda rough until finals are done and Bagoas leaves. I might not be around much. Doesn't mean I'm mad at you or that I hate you. Just means I'm--" he doesn't get any farther before the words choke up.

His jaw clenches and he swallows hard a few times.

Lana's eyes fill. "I'm sorry, Han. I didn't realize..."

She reaches up to give him a kiss on the cheek, then hugs him. "I'm here if you need me or just want to talk. I... I care about you a great deal, Han. Okay?"

He holds her in the hug a little longer than is proper.

"Lana, honey, don't you cry or I'm gonna start, too. Thanks."

He lets her go and walks quickly for the boys' room.

Lana watches him go, then slowly heads off to study hall.

She wishes there was something she could do to help him.

Reading through it, she's pleasantly surprised to find out that she actually knows pretty much all of it.

It's still not going to stop her panicking though.
