Rehearsal #2

The Dean Principal sits in the theater. The set has been built... they only await... a script.

[OOC: Not using this, but I thought you'd be amused]

"Of course I do, sir," Rory said, sighing. "But I also know that as a tree, I still need to have hands. For...choreographical reasons. So...this should be kind of an interesting costime."

"Hands. Check." Tick made a note of that. "Any other special requests, Rory?"

"Um, I have to be undecorated." Rory grimaced. "Because that's part of the play."

"Undecorated?" Tick looked disappointed. What's the point of designing a Christmas tree if you can't decorate it. Oh well. "I'll keep that in mind, Rory. Do you have any requests, though? Just so I can make sure you're not embarrassed or anything."

Rory shrugged. "I have no idea. As long as I'm clothed and green, it should be okay."

"Sounds good!" Tick pondered, then asked, "Do you have any clue where I could buy hula hoops of varying sizes?"

"Um. No, sir," Rory said, looking dismayed.

"Huh. Okay. I'll get to work on this immediately. You won't be disappointed, Rory! You'll look keen!"
