Shop Class: 12/6
When the students enter the classroom they'll see that the familiar junkyard has been reinstated.
Sitting on the tables are some old coffee grinders.
"Your assignment today is to create a machine that will connect to this old coffee and grind the coffee. The machine can be powered by anything but an actual engine. Anything that powerful would destroy the coffee grinder. Feel free to use anything in the junkyard."

Re: Assignment:
Hey? It's not my fault the Mun's an idiot who can't tell the inside of a phone from a broken toaster! *Thwap* Ow!So we're supposed to... make a machine to make the other machine grind the coffee?
Wouldn't it just be cheaper to buy a coffee machine made after electricity was discovered?
Re: Assignment:
*smirk*
[OOC: Just read your OOC post. If you want to snark and have time great. Otherwise a hanwavey post on how you built a machine is fine. Can have my doppelganger get overstressed now, can I?]
Re: Assignment:
"Can I at least ask exactly... what we're supposed to be doing? I mean, I get what we ave to do but... I don't. You know?"
[You're lucky, Jack's still stuck trying to do his classes so he can snark for a tad bit. That and I just found a misnumbered page in my notes which means I'm, giving myself a break before I have to start them over. Wish I had a copy-machine...]
Re: Assignment:
"It's simple O'Neill. You find a way to power the coffee grinder other than the hand crank. Like Um... Death did over there."
Points to rat running on a habit trail.
"Well maybe not exactly like that."
Re: Assignment:
I was gonna say, "Did someone suddenly ban the sale of ground coffee," but I didn't want to get my ass kicked.
Re: Assignment:
Damn. Wish I'd'a thought of that one.
