Phoebe opened up the room and started setting of drinks and the usual snacks. She flipped on the lights and made sure there were no gremlins in sight.

Once everything was in place, she took her seat and once again started going over the tutorial proposal that Anya had put together.

Elizabeth hesitated slightly, before glancing across at Rory and sitting up straighter.

"I'm pretty sure that this isn't under the council's jurisdiction, but it is something which is affecting the wellfaire and well-being of the students, which I feel is what we're here for.

We don't have a school counsellor, nor have we had one the entire term. And in a school such as this, where we've got to deal with a lot of things outside the norm, as well as just the regular teen problems... Well, to me, it's pretty unacceptable."

"Elizabeth is right!" Anya says in agreement. "In Sunnydale, Buffy was the counselor and she was always busy. I mean, I suppose part of that could be attributed to the school being on a Hellmouth and all, but still teens have problems that for sure and someone should be there to hear them yammer on about their problems like they care."

"Seconded. Given some of the things that have happened here, a real counselor would be a good idea," Parker said, her lip curling. "I'm sure Jonathan Crane... tries hard, but he's not qualified."
