Charlie beams. "Today we revise again! Remember, the exams are next week, and it's important to be prepared." To encourage studying, he has brought cinnamon rolls and danishes as well as cocoa, tea and coffee. It's all placed on the little table he uses for the food.

Lily takes a seat and waits for Angel. She hopes they can get off to a better start today. While she waits, she's distractedly tapping her pencil on her desk.

Angel spotted Lily and gave her a tentative wave. "Hey. That seat taken?"

With a tired smile, Lily says, "It's yours if you want it."

"Thanks," Angel sat. He busied himself taking out his books. "Not sure yet if I'm ready for the final."

[ooc: and LJ comment notification can stop sucking any year now, really]

"I'm definitely not ready. I know I attended these classes, and took notes, but I'm looking at what I have, and I don't seem to remember learning any of it!" She sighs, tapping her pencil again. "We should probably do some serious studying."

"People do that sometimes, right?" Angel said. "Study groups? We could maybe make one up before the final."

Lily lighted up and looked at Angel as if she'd like to kiss him. "That's an excellent idea! I can't believe I didn't think of it, actually. No matter - we can definitely arrange one. I can even entice people to attend with baked goods."

"Those always seem to work," Angel agreed. "What do you think? Pick some night and take over a common room?"

"Absolutely," she said, pulling out her organizer. "Final's on Friday - maybe we could even fit two study groups in before then... Monday and Thursday, maybe? Any preference as to which floor?"

"I'm on two now," Angel said. "It's pretty nice."

[ooc: *stabs LJ with fork*]

"Two works for me. I was just thinking it's probably best to stay off of three, if I intend to actually get any studying done, anyway," she said with a small smile. Lily wrote some info in her planner and asked, "6:00-ish? I know I said baked goods, but we could actually order in something dinner-wise, too."

"I'm not much of an eater but I bet everyone else would appreciate the break from the caf." Angel thought about it. "Pizza?"

Lily frowned slightly at that statement but didn't push the subject.

"Pizza sounds perfect." She looked around the room at their classmates. "I guess we should tell everyone else? And post some reminder flyers over the weekend?"

"I can take care of the flyers," Angel offered. "I've got good handwriting."

[ooc: Given LJ being so awful, I'd say flyers. They'll prob never see the comments.]

"That would be great - let me know if there's anything else I can do to help." Lily wrote a few more notes and then closed her planner and looked up at him again. "... and thanks, Angel. I'm... sorry about Wednesday."

"If you take care of food, I'll take care of publicity," Angel said. "And it's okay. You might have noticed I'm not great with words. I can't have made it any easier on you."

He offered her his right hand to shake. "Fresh start?"

"Deal, and deal," she said, smiling warmly as she reached out to shake his hand.

Angel shook hers in return and prepared to use the rest of the class to get in as much studying as the two of them could.
