Welcome to class everyone. Today we're going to participate in a class-contained project.

Please come up to the front of the class. Using this generator, generate five "weapons" and select your favorite.

Then, I would like you to quickly create a description of the weapon (it's a canon-like device that shoots snakes and cheerios, it causes tear duct excretions and sexual dysfunction with a large screen that displays this image, etc.)

After you do, I want you to outline a few laws that should be established to control the use of the weapon by the general population. Should it be banned outright? Should a license be required? Should there be an age limit on how old you must be to own one? Regulations on its ammunition and storage?

Homework for the weekend: Read one article of your choosing on gun laws.

John generates his weapons.

"I'm going to select the waterwhipper from my five. The waterwhipper is would be something similar to a dart gun except instead of shooting the large, metal dart, it would shoot a whip of water. It would be a sharp, straight blast of water with strong pressure behind it similar to a fire hose."

"For laws, I think a weapon like this would require a license but could be used by the general population. Something like this would rarely be deadly so semi strict regulations regarding training and use would be given. There would be a small waiting period prior to purchasing the weapon just to make sure the purchaser isn't a known felon. The age limit should be set at 18 and over since the weapon can injure if used correctly. Ammunition would be hard to regulate since the ammo is, in fact, water."

Angela walks to the front of class. "The weapons it generated for me were the Boltlauncher, Hexahunter, Knifeshiv, Septatracker and Wishtwister," she says. "I guess my favorite is the Wshtwister -- it sounds like it would make sure whatever your opponent wanted to happen would go wrong."

She then outlines suggested gun regulations.

Maia came in, without so much as a hello to Grissom, Maia generated her five weapons
Lawmasher was the one she chose.

"Gives the user the ability to change any law or situation to the they see fit reguardless of who it hurts even if the user promised the person or victim that they would not do what they ended up doing and the user swore they had no intention of ever doing so .

"There are no regulations or restrictions for this weapon, its just another name for the Supreme Court." or if your named Gil Grissom Maia thought frowning.

Maia took her seat and skimmed the article for homework. Finally she sat stone still in her seat staring at the board as everyone gave their reports.

Grissom sat at a desk with the students as he watched Maia's presentation solemnly. He took some notes and remained silent, not wanting to incite her anger any further.

Cameron generates the Cryorod, Panzerpike, Pentapiercer, Radioeater and the Shivshooter.

"I think the Radioeater is my favourite weapon. It's actually something that is designed to be used in aircrafts. It uses the radio frequency of the enemy to override its controls. Of course, I have no clue how that would work."

"I think the weapon should be banned outright and left only for the military and police forces to use."
