Study Hall -- Tuesday, November 15th

The doors to the study hall have been propped open, and the puppies and kittens have taken to bounding up to newcomers and rubbing up against everybody's legs for petting and stealth cybernetic bioenhancement checks. The pool table isn't in the room, but there are decks of cards and chess boards on the front desk for any students done with their schoolwork for the day.

Sarah sits at the front desk playing a handheld electronic Battleship game. Needless to say, she's kicking ass.

Paige hands over her note book containing some pretty good sketches of Lancelot and one of Sawyer sleeping.

"Yeah we should, I think it started after I was already taking about 10 classes though, which is probably why I forgot about it! I mainly do life stuff, but I've not been doing much since I got here. The thing you did for Draco was brilliant by the way, I meant to thank you sooner, but it just of slipped my mind, sorry."

"Vurking from life is probably the best vay to improve- it's difficult, but it's dynamic, and interesting- especially if you have good subject matter." Sonia takes the notebook, gazing over the drawings with interest. "Paige, these are great! How you rendered Lancelot's fur, it looks so soft...Do you have any more?"

She continues to look over the drawings while she talks. "Yes, I think I had the same problem. Hopefully, things vill be a little easier to figure out this time around."

"Oh, you're quite velcome! I really enjoyed vurking on that- and I had a tremendous amount of help from Geoff. Vhat did Draco think of it?"

She smiles at Sonia praise, she'd not really done much for a while "I have few of Maia and well a book full of drawings of Geoff,Oh and there be some of the lake in the park in that one too. I generally do it to relax."

"and yes, he loved it, he said he gonna show it his mom, I figured it would be the sort of thing he'd like kinda regal, which I think is who Drac would like to be seen!"

"Aha...I suppose Geoff vould make a good subject, vhen he's really concentrating. These really are lovely Paige- I hope you'll keep up vith this?"

She laughs softly. "I'm afraid I don't know Draco very well, but I'll take your vurd for it."

She nods "yeah I plan to, I mean Lancelot does make a pretty good muse!" she replies grinning, she looks at the pencil drawing of Sawyer and bites her lip, missing him

She sees Paige's gaze wander over the drawing, and her voice grows softer.

"Have you talked to him?"

She shakes her head, "well I saw him yesterday and well, he was being a jackass, as usual! He's just so bloody stubborn!"

"Mmm...vell, maybe tomorrow? And if not then, then the next day, or next veek. But if he loves you, he'll come around. It might take time, especially if his pride's been hurt."

She smirks, and shakes her head. "Sorry, I know I'm not being much help. I never was good vith this sort of thing..."

She smiles, "no you're right, don't tell anyone, but well I think we belong together, so we have to work it out right?"

She grins as well. "Oh Paige, that's so sweet...and I von't tell anyone. I hope you vurk things out, and soon." She laughs, a little wryly "...You know, there seems to be a high-level of drama running through this school lately....I only hope it doesn't compound vith final exams."

"Well I get the whole thing with Geoff seriously messed me up, not that it was his fault, but yeah I felt more equal with James, less like a fawning school girl!"

She sighs, before smiling at Sonia "well if everyone's suffering from the drama, I guess it'll affect the grade point average right so we'll be okay!" she pauses "yeah we'll be fine!" she says forcefully

She laughs. "I think I've managed to avoid the bulk of it- does that mean I have a shot at valedictorian?"
