Study Hall -- Tuesday, November 15th

The doors to the study hall have been propped open, and the puppies and kittens have taken to bounding up to newcomers and rubbing up against everybody's legs for petting and stealth cybernetic bioenhancement checks. The pool table isn't in the room, but there are decks of cards and chess boards on the front desk for any students done with their schoolwork for the day.

Sarah sits at the front desk playing a handheld electronic Battleship game. Needless to say, she's kicking ass.

After several weeks of being actively stalked by Martin 'I-can't-let-go-of-anything-no-seriously-I-cry-when-I-get-a-haircut' Blank, a little odd glancing is nothing. He gives six a jaunty wave and sits down.

"Draco my friend, you hear the radio last night?" he asks

"Can't say I did." he says "Why, something interesting happen?"

Jonathan moves his seat a bit closer to Draco and leans in, "According to the Radio a certain redhead we both know was in Luke's yesterday talking about sex with Beka Valentine," he tells him in a low tone, "Now, I realize it was my best friend duty to debrief you about the big night I spent in the common room and I'm sorry, but I can't think of a single thing I'd want Beka to know about my sex life if I were you. Especially considering what happened the last time Lily talked to Beka about you."

"Well, you had to expect her to tell somebody. It was her first time after all. I'm sure it was nothing." he said "You're right though, I'd rather her talk to some other girl around here. Any other girl around her, now that I think about it. I like Beka and all but she does write the gossip column for the paper. And she does have the annoying habit of being able to convince Lily to do stupid things."

"Exactly my point. Beka's great, but I'd never want her near my girl. I mean, that stupid letter to the paper really caused problems with you two. So, do I need to ask if she'll have even the smallest thing to completely blow out of proportion?"
