Student Council Meeting, Monday, November 14, 2005

Phoebe opened up the room and set up tables and refreshments for the meeting this week. She had a lot of things on her mind. She closed the blinds a little and sighed in relief as the sun didn't blind her any longer.

Marty sees Alanna and her cat."Hey Alanna. Hey Faithful. How you like living here so far?"

Alanna spoke before her cat had a chance to reply. "Hey Marty. How's everything?"

Faithful hissed and got his own two cents in. "Quite well, thank you."

((Same person, I remember. Marty was the first, actually.))

"I'm doing pretty good. I posted that sign up sheet for self defense but only one person signed up for it, but we can talk about that later in the meeting ((See Project Post.)) How are you doing?"

"Hey Faithful? Do you speak normal cat? My girlfriend has my old cat and I wonder if she'd be interested in having a translator for her."

"Good to hear. I'm doing well. Only one person, you'd think after Kitty we'd have a waiting list." She throws the name in causially, but is carefully studying Marty's face.

Faithful purred. "If the cat is intelligent, I'll talk to her."

Marty gives Alanna a sad smile. He sits down next to her and talks in a quiet voice that no on else can hear.

"Listen... I took your advice from the other night. I didn't get a psychic, but I went to a therapist. I was able to find out that night what happened, and I can tell you know that I didn't do it."

Alanna musters up a weak smile and Faithful bounces off of her shoulder and on to Marty's lap, purring. "That's good, but do you have any clue who did?"

"Yeah... but unfortunately I was under hypnosis. It's not exactly something that can be used as evidence."

Alanna nodded and in an even more hushed voice. "Care to share who it was? And why can't you use it?"
