Dream appears relatively cheerful today, and he has set up a table with juice and pastries near the back of the room. He believes it would be better for students to have a little less caffeine.

"Good morning. I hope you all had pleasant weekends.

Languages of Asia: You will begin studying Japanese vocabulary today. Here is a worksheet of the first expressions you should learn. Study the vocabulary , and listen to the audio tapes in the language lab.

Classics: We are continuing our work in ancient Greek. Today, we'll be discussing adjectives and prepositions."

Signs in and works on Japanese

Anders signs in and gets to work on his Greek, and promptly discovers that there's one huge difference between it and the Colonials' ancient language that he's been getting wrong all this time. He stares perplexedly at his notes and wonders if standing on his head would help.

Sam signed in, then took a cheese danish and some pineapple juice and sat down to study her Greek. It seemed easier--maybe because this weekend she'd actually spent some time studying it.

Thomasina signs her name to the class roster and takes her seat. She opens her Greek primer to the sections on adjectives and prepositions and settles in to do some serious revision.

Janet came in, signed in, and ~~was still on vacation in Vegas~~ studied. Really.

Draco signs in and begins to work on his Greek.

Evelyn signs in and seems to be humming to herself...in Greek?

There's a connor at his desk, reading the suggested text.

And there's a Murphy sitting next to him, leaning over a bit to read the same text.

Connor looks up, breifly, and smiles at his brother.

Which gets him a smile in return.

And a slight nudge, as the blond twin just moved his arm in the way of his reading.

"Sorry." Connor muttered and dropped his arm out of the way.

"I'll forgive ya this time." Teasing tone before he reaches over to turn the page.

"Awfully kind of ya," Connor smirked.

Signs in and works on Greek

Sonia signs in and helps herself to a glass of orange juice before heading to her seat to study her vocabulary.
