At the front desk, Sarah is teaching the puppies to attack a tiny toy robot. Most of them are gnawing cutely at it.

Due to the fond looks everybody has been casting at the corner of the room, she's brought the pool table back.

Belthazor immediately made a beeline for the pool table and started to play.

Angelus joined him. "9 ball?"

"Sure, you want to break?"

"I can if you want to gamble." Angelus put a twenty down on the table.

"First the video game, now this?" Belthazor grinned and pulled out a twenty of his own and put it on the table. "Are we in a competitive mood this week?"

Angelus put chalk on the end of his stick. Which was not a metaphor for anything. "Nah, I just enjoy adding a little spice."

"It does make things more interesting when you actually have something on the line," Belthazor agreed, watching Angelus handle his stick.

"So how's with you?" Angelus bent over the table offering Bel an excellent view of his leather-clad ass and broke. Balls scattered, including the two which vanished into a side pocket. "Things going okay after, well, everything?"

From her seat not far away, Beka thoroughly enjoyed the view.

"Not entirely," Belthazor admitted, tilting his head and checking out said leather-clad ass. "You got time to talk later?"

"Later like tonight?" Angelus mentally checked his schedule. "Yeah. Can do. Wanna meet up in town somewhere?"

He took another shot and missed. He graciously stepped aside for Bel to take a turn.

"I'm free right after Arthurian Traditions," Belthazor said. "Name a time and place and I'll be there."

He suggestively bent over the table to line up a shot, sinking one ball.

"Funny coincidence," Angelus said as though this had only just occured to him. "I take that class with you. We could leave after. Together. With you wearinig that cute little outfit you've got on."

"Convenient, that," Bel said, then scowled as he missed his next shot. "Works for me. And wait 'til you see what I have for the fashion show."

"Little English would've helped there," Angelus said, deliberately needling Bel as though he wouldn't know how to have fixed his shot. He studied the table as he decided what he wanted to do next. "Couple've new businesses in town I wouldn't mind checking out too if you don't mind. Sneak preview?"

"I'm up for you that," Bel said agreeably, choosing to ignore (well, try to) the needling. "And that can be arranged as well."
