Study Hall, 11/07

Dream throws open the doors of study hall and stations himself at a desk just inside.

Having noticed that the puppies and kittens seemed to be popular, He has conjured some of each from dreams and placed them in a pen next to his desk.

Of course, they are dream-creatures, and some of them may be a little ... off. For example, one cocker spaniel has wings; a kitten looks like a siamese, but is red and green striped.

But none of them are vicious. He's almost certain of that.

Anders comes in and picks up the winged cocker spaniel, grinning amusedly as he scruffles it behind the ears and around the wings. Briefly, he ponders feeding it a gumball but dream creature or not, that would be a Bad Idea.

Then he puts the puppy down and takes a seat at the nearest empty desk to write a letter to his father. It's going to be very dry and boring, really.

Bridge wanders over and drops into a seat next to Anders.

"No coffee today?" he asks.

[identity profile] cantgetnorelief.livejournal.com 2005-11-07 07:41 pm (UTC)(link)
"Nope. Well, there was, but I finished it already." He shrugs. "Should've thought about bringing you one . . . sorry."

He glowers down at the letter he's trying to write, and stabs at it with his pencil. "I see you got the voicemail set up -- anybody bite yet?"

[identity profile] bridge-carson.livejournal.com 2005-11-07 07:44 pm (UTC)(link)
"Eh, s'okay dude." Bridge shrugs. There's an awkward quiet for a moment as he watches Anders stab the paper, but then he then grins. "We totally have customers. Alex Krycek, who's a couple doors down from me, apparently. And Kawalsky-dude wants us to fix his iPod. And Crichton with his rocket engine, but for that one I think we should wait for Duo, since we sort of agreed to work on that together."

[identity profile] cantgetnorelief.livejournal.com 2005-11-07 07:59 pm (UTC)(link)
"Awesome." Anders grins, then indicates the now-stabbed-dead paper. "My dad sent me money today, actually, but if I don't send him daily reports of my training that might be the last money I see from him. What's Krycek need?"

[identity profile] bridge-carson.livejournal.com 2005-11-07 08:04 pm (UTC)(link)
"His espresso machine is broken." Bridge looks mildly disturbed at the thought of being coffee-less.

[identity profile] cantgetnorelief.livejournal.com 2005-11-07 08:07 pm (UTC)(link)
Anders looks genuinely pained at the thought. "We should get to that one, stat. Let Cally know if you see her before I do?"

[identity profile] bridge-carson.livejournal.com 2005-11-07 08:16 pm (UTC)(link)
"Will do. But somehow I doubt that I'll see her before you," he smirks.

((ooc: and now i must go. to real class. woe.))

[identity profile] cantgetnorelief.livejournal.com 2005-11-07 08:17 pm (UTC)(link)
Anders throws a wadded-up paper ball at Bridge's head, grinning.

[OOC: WOES!]

*bounces into study hall, grinning madly, and totally not caring about the prominent hickey on her neck, and sits down next to Anders*

Hi!

[identity profile] cantgetnorelief.livejournal.com 2005-11-07 10:59 pm (UTC)(link)
Well, hi.

*notices the hickey and turns red*

You're in a good mood today. *leans over to kiss Cally*

[identity profile] sogothcally.livejournal.com 2005-11-07 11:03 pm (UTC)(link)
Well, let's just say that my Dad is eight million times cooler than my Mom, and it's a very good thing I've got lots of storage space in #213. *nods, and then kisses Anders again*

I'm getting all anxious just thinking about it.

[identity profile] cantgetnorelief.livejournal.com 2005-11-07 11:20 pm (UTC)(link)
Okaaaaaaaaay . . . why?

*raises an eyebrow, then scoots his chair right up next to Cally's*

[identity profile] sogothcally.livejournal.com 2005-11-07 11:22 pm (UTC)(link)
...I think my Dad is mailing me the old Mark 2 Viper we couldn't get to run, peice by piece. I have one of the engine blocks already. *leans in and rubs noses*

This is gonna be awesome!

[identity profile] cantgetnorelief.livejournal.com 2005-11-07 11:46 pm (UTC)(link)
*stares*

Your dad is mailing you a Viper?

[identity profile] sogothcally.livejournal.com 2005-11-07 11:50 pm (UTC)(link)
*nods excitedly*

Yep! It's not gonna be able to start up or anything, unless we figure out the problems, but It's just gonna be too frakking fun to put the thing back together from all the pieces!

[identity profile] cantgetnorelief.livejournal.com 2005-11-08 12:28 am (UTC)(link)
*blinks for a second, then grins* Cool. And this is all just gonna go in your room, huh?

[OOC: Aaaaaaagh, slow response. EVIL bad work day.]

[identity profile] sogothcally.livejournal.com 2005-11-08 12:32 am (UTC)(link)
Well, yeah, the pieces are. Until I get 'em all, and then I gotta figure out somewhere to put it together at. Thinkin' maybe I should get Bridge in on this, and maybe we'll be able to get her to run... or at the very least, maybe it'll dispense soft-serve ice cream from the fuel line, or something.

[ooc: EVIL bad school day, here. *hugs* RL sucks, can we give it up?]

[identity profile] cantgetnorelief.livejournal.com 2005-11-08 12:35 am (UTC)(link)
*grins* That's a really cool idea, actually. A Viper vending machine . . . don't tell Lee's dad, though. And Bridge would love to help -- and probably Duo, and Sam Carter . . .

[OOC: *hugs back* Gah, you, me, and everyone is having a crap day. Give up RL? Yes plzkthx.]

[identity profile] sogothcally.livejournal.com 2005-11-08 12:46 am (UTC)(link)
Well, I kinda want to get it actually running, but the vending machine isn't a half-bad next best-thing sort of situation. You'll help out too, right? Plenty of heavy lifting... *smile*

[identity profile] cantgetnorelief.livejournal.com 2005-11-08 12:52 am (UTC)(link)
Of course I'll help. You know I will. *nuzzles Cally's cheek* Even if the heavy lifting is the only thing I'm good for.

[OOC: And now I go home. FINALLY. *cries, OMG*]

[identity profile] sogothcally.livejournal.com 2005-11-08 01:10 am (UTC)(link)
Hey, you're totally good for other things. Great for other things. Just, in this instance, mostly the heavy lifting and moral support. Kinda like me and your pyramid practice. Only I don't do heavy lifting.
