As the students enter the Danger ~~Room~~ Shop they see that it has been transformed into a ranch like area somewhere near the rugged moutain wilderness in the Sangre de Cristo range of the Rockies. The temperature is quite warm and it appears to be summer.

For each student there is a 30 pound backpack sitting on the ground as well as several canteens of water waiting for them.

Mac looks up from his pack and gives the kids a grin.

"Welcome to detention kids. Today we're going to be taking a little nature walk, with some stops along the way to find out a little bit more about ourselves. Everyone is required to particpate in all excercises. If you do not participate... Well then you'll be getting two more detentions."

Mac points to a rock formation that juts out from one of the mountain ranges. "Our trip today will take us to the top of that landmark today. I hope you all are ready for a little excercise."

((Since Saturday is always a crazy day for people a simple *Participated* is acceptable.

If you wish to do more in the activities, you are welcome to do so.

You are, however not allowed to post anywhere else in FH today until detention is over (approximately 5:00PM Fandom Standard Time). ))

After walking for an hour Mac calls for a break and makes sure everyone who needs to drink water is doing so.

"All right kids. We're going to be doing several excercises as we go along today. The first excercise is going to be called 'Wind in the Willow'."

Mac goes on to the activity (http://www.wilderdom.com/games/descriptions/WillowInTheWind.html) and demonstrates for everybody how it works.

After another hour of walking, Mac calls for another break. In front of the group is a waist high rock.

"All right folks, our next excercise is called the 'Trust Fall'."

"Each one of us is going to stand on this rock and fall back into everyone else's arms where we will catch them"

"Anybody who wants to get cute and drop someone will be getting additional punishment. Understood?"

After another hour of hiking up a steadily increasing incline, Mac calls for another break and pulls out several bandannas.

"Our next exercise is called 'Running Free'. You'll need a partner for this exercise," Mac says as he describes the activity (http://www.wilderdom.com/games/descriptions/RunningFree.html).

"Let's get moving!"

*DEATH walks in, covered in political buttons and wearing a sign proclaiming, "FREE DEATH! THE VICTIM OF FASHION TYRANNY!" since, after all, political prisoners need people to protest their freedom and, since his was a political organization of one, it seemed he would have to do all the work himself.

He picks up a backpack, and, after wrapping it stylishly in duct tape, slings it over his shoulder. A rubber duck quacks softly from somewhere under the buttons.*

*DEATH hands Mac a button that reads, "Defending Undead Choices!"*

The incline of the mountain is getting steeper and steeper. As they group comes across a relatively flat clearing, Mac calls for another Exercise/Break.

Mac takes out several tennis balls and the blindfolds again.

"This exercise is called Mine field. We'll need everyone to pair up again," Mac says handing out the blindfolds and describing the activity. (http://www.wilderdom.com/games/descriptions/Minefield.html)

Mac waits until the appropriate partners are blindfolded and spreads out the tennis balls. "Okay... let's start."

Mac takes the button and puts it on his t-shir. "Thanks Death. We still need to sit down and talk about your club one of these days. You know that you always have the choice of taking your case to Dean Bristow. I will promise that today should be more fun than watching a Powerpoint presentation."

Mac calls for another break. "Time for another excercise kids. This one just requires discussion" He says and pulls out a list of questions.

13. What is the biggest waste you know of?

14. What is your greatest fear?

15. Select a word that you feel describes people of your age?

16. If you could give your principal / employer one piece of advice, what would you tell him/her?

17. Name the most unreasonable thing that you know.

18. If you could choose to be a book, what book would you choose to be?

19. If you were to paint a picture, what would you paint a picture of?

21. What do you consider to be your biggest fault?

When the group gets to the top of the peak, it's getting dark out and everyone is tired and beat from the long climb. Except Mac. The little bugger must feed off this kind of thing.

Mac builds a campfire for everyone to sit around as the night air grow cooler and somehow fashions a guitar using natural elements around him, his swiss army knife and a large roll of duct tape.

"Now is the time for the musical portion of the program. *Everyone* is required to sing. No excuses. You don't sing? You'll be here next week. Understood?"

I keep waiting for Mac to run into Phoebe so he can mistake her for a recurring character in the MacGyver show.

Oh yes! I used to watch the show all of the time, and still do when I can find it.

*grins* Oh we must as that would be fun to play. She saw him a couple of times when she was living at Sands' but they didn't get any chance to talk. :)

Mac's living in the dorms now that Sheldon's left the game. I'm going to be taking him out of the classroom more and more just because he's so much fun.

6 volunteers to be buffeted about. It's not like it isn't an ~~omgemo~~ representation of his own life anyway.

Number 6 continually fails to fall properly, always freaking out and dodging to one side at the last minute. He simply cannot bring himself to trust anyone else there.

6 grumbles. He's about to be lead off a cliff he just knows it. "Partner anyone?"
