In His Office, Wednesday Afternoon (not technically office hours)

[Although he's not technically holding office hours, Geoff is in his office today, working on materials for his next few classes. Which would probably be going better if he would stop staring out the window.]

"Professor Quayle," he says, with a dry chuckle. "I'm not sure I'm the best person to be giving relationship advice to anyone right now."

He runs a hand through his hair and smiles. "All right. My opinion on student-teacher relationships is that it's complicated. And probably not a good idea, but also not always unavoidable."

A hand rests against his cheek as he listens, "You were the first person I thought of. A good English man always has good advice." he chuckled as well, "I know it will be rather complicated but what if there is really a connection there with this individual?" he says with a smile.

Geoff nods and grins at Justin. "If there really is a connection, something that isn't just fleeting fancy...then I think it's probably worth working through the complications." He shrugs. "I think that's the best advice I can give you."

Feeling as if he just got the confirmation he was looking for, he extends a hand across the des with a large smile, "Thankyou very much, dear friend." he thanks Geoff for his advice.

Geoff takes the man's hand and returns his smile. "You're welcome. I wish you luck."
