Study Hall -- Tuesday, November 1st

Sarah's desk is empty save for a huge stack of papers and a plastic cauldron full of leftover candy. Sarah is nowhere to be seen, although occasionally strange growling noises can be heard from both her office down the hall and under the study hall desk.

"Shhh...calm down, Phoebe," Cole said, stroking her hair. "I told you, we'll find who did this. Trust me, okay? I took care of the other thing, and I'll take care of this."

Phoebe leaned back into Cole. She was shaking and it was obvious that it was taking a lot out of her to keep in control.

"Promise?"

Phoebe nodded and gripped his arms where he had them wrapped around her.

"When will it stop?

Angelus' question about mistaken identity was eating at her.

"The fear in this school's getting out of hand," Angelus agreed. "For some sick loser to target Kitty - " Angelus shook his head, disgusted.

Phoebe was visibly upset. "I want to see them pay," she whispered. "All that targetting someone like Kitty is going to do is have people drawing battle lines against each other."
