Sarah's desk is empty save for a huge stack of papers and a plastic cauldron full of leftover candy. Sarah is nowhere to be seen, although occasionally strange growling noises can be heard from both her office down the hall and under the study hall desk.

Jonathan sits down at Draco's table, "Is it just me, or does Angelus seem even more preoccupied lately than usual? And umm, sorry about the room thing (http://www.livejournal.com/users/master_of_fear/8870.html), last night."

"It's no problem. You'd do the same for me...you better do the same for me anyways." he smiles. Draco looks over at Angelus and shrugs. "I don't know. Seems to me he's just busy with the whole Vegas thing."

"I don't know," Jonathan shrugs, "something just seems, off," he says. "It might be his mother, type person, she's in town and possibly staying.

And no worries Draco, whenever you finally get around to it, I'll be so very, very gone," Jonathan tells him and winks.

"So I missed you at the Halloween party. A real haunted house and everything. I almost dies trying to save some one."

"You saved someone? Becoming quite the hero aren't you?" Draco teased "I wish I went. From what I heard many a interesting thing happened."

"Lisa freaking Cuddy man," Jonathan whisper-shouts to him, "Tell me you wouldn't have saved her. I mean, she's Lisa Cuddy. Yeah, apparently Lisa and I were not the only ones attacked by plantlife, and some one said Angelus was there and something weird happened but I didn't see it."

"Alright, I'll admit I would have saved Lisa. But she's one of the few." he says "Angelus was telling me about what happened to him yesterday. Apparently it involved being locked in a bedroom with Logan, Darla and Becky." Draco paused for a second after mentioning Becky's name.

"But long story short Logan ended up with fangs. Wore off after he left the room though. Too bad. He would have made a good vampire."

Jonathan looks around at the mention of Becky's name, as if some one will be listening in on their conversation now that they've said her name.

"Logan Echolls? yeah, I guess he'd make a good vampire although we'd never get to hang out with Angelus then *pouts*. You know, I don't actually know Logan? I mean, I know of him sure, but I've never met him. Rory probably wouldn't like it if he'd stayed a vampire though.

"I haven't really talked to him too much. But from what I've heard we have a lot in common. Two rich boys, fathers are in jail." he said "Besides, Angelus seems to like him so that has to count for something."

"I wonder if he'll be coming around the JA meetings? of course that's just one more person to hog all the cookies "You never told me your father was in jail," Jonathan adds after realizing what Draco said.

"Oh yeah. I keep forgetting that few people here know whats going on in my world." he says "Potter pretty much sent him to Azkaban, the wizard prison. Some big battle at the Ministry and he was caught fighting for the bad guys...he's been there for a little over a year now."

Jonathan looks stricken, "Draco, I'm sorry, are you okay and everything. I mean, Parent's Weekend and everything, are you sure you're all right.

"I'm fine. Like I said it's been over a year. And besides, he wasn't exactly the world's number one Dad." he said "My mother is still pretty upset about it. I could kill Potter for doing that to her."

"Yeah, that's pretty screwed up. I don't think I could break up a family like that. After knowing what it's like to not have one, you'd think he'd be more sympathetic," Jonathan says before leaning forward over the table and closer to Draco,

"Hey umm, you aren't upset or anything, about the whole Paige thing are you?" he asks in almost a whisper.
