Today in class, the students were fortunate enough to have a fully-human, fully-clothed teacher. Sure, that teacher was one who had spent the weekend sobbing into an empty bottle of Bordeaux, but that was neither here nor there.

“Today,” said Neal, “we’re going to do a couple of workshops.”

The room was set up with three main tables, with various pieces of equipment in buckets on each one. Yes, the class was a bit small to do workshops like this, but that was what he was doing and that was that.

“I’ve set up three main stations for you all, and each one focuses on a different manual task that’s pretty much essential in this field. I’m not saying you have to be experts at it, especially if you want to move to the more white-collar stuff, but you’ve got to know the basics. So here we have lock-picking, pickpocketing, and forgery.” He pointed to each table as he spoke, then shrugged.

“Any questions?”

Kenzi coughed. Trying to hide a laugh. "Ahem. I'm just gonna remind you who started that with taking off her shirt."

"STOP STOP STOP STOP STOPPPPPPPPP!" Miley whined, sticking her fingers in her ears and beginning a chant of "La la la la la!"

Kenzi was really laughing now, and saying over the la la la's, "This is what embarasses you? Not the pole-dancing?"

"You do realize that wasn't either one of us, right?" Kenzi checked. "And it doesn't mean anything, since we were both different kinds of crazy?"

She kind of looked like a LOLCat there, so Kenzi had no compunction about continuing to poke at her. "Okay, now, that's just not being fair to yourself. Your fans loved it!"

Kenzi smirked at her. "You just noticed?" She rolled her eyes. "Why are you flipping out so hard? None of it was real. And no one who you care about, you know, in your real life, are going to get pictures."

There had to be pictures. Somewhere.

"It's my b-b--" Miley broke off. "It's my, y'know," she mumbled, gesturing to herself. "My body. People have, you know, seen it. And I didn't wanna."

Soooo? Kenzi wanted to ask. Then something occurred to her, given Miley's reaction to Mr. Caffrey being naaaked. "Uh, Miley? I'm guessing pretty much no one's seen that much of you since baby pictures, then?"

That kinda put a different spin on it. Kenzi reached out to pat her arm, grimacing a little. "There, there." She sighed. "No one's going to remember. And if you want, I'll pretend it never happened. For what it's worth, you've got nothing to be embarrassed about before we forget all of it, though."

Kenzi gave her an incredulous look, then had to spell it out, with a tiny smirk. "Okay, seriously? I'm not into girls, but you looked better than fine. Got it? I get you felt all exposed and out of control and crap, but at least nobody had a reason to laugh."

"Oh." Yeah, that was clear surprise on her face. "Uh. Thanks."

Not that she was intending to take advantage of that anytime soon, but... it was nice to know.

Miley should be really grateful! 'Cause she kind of made Kenzi a little guilty, so she wouldn't be teasing the shit out of her about this any more. Damnit.

"Oh," Miley said, remembering something. She grabbed a piece of paper, scribbled Hannah Montana's signature on it, and handed it over. "Here."

"Heh." Kenzi grinned at it, then smirked. "Thanks. When's Hannah's next tour?"

She might not even sell it immediately.
