Maia came in smiling, her eyes looking tired but she seemed very relaxed. "Hey Tara, quick question about Ethics class. If I don't go to one I can go to the other.. I heard someone say they were the same on Fridays and Mondays and then I realized I overslept this morning and I wanted to make sure I didn't miss class."
Tara laughs. "Monday's class isn't until 2pm, so you haven't missed it. But yes, they're the same Fridays and Mondays. You're only expected to go to one..." she cocks her head, "although I think the Monday class might suit you better, all things considered."
Tara shrugs one shoulder. "Just the personality mix. Friday's class has a lot of big personalities, people who are more inclined to push for a reaction. Monday's class is a calmer discussion - and I'd actually like a few more students in it, to tell you the truth."
Maia smiled "Ok that sounds nice. So.. ok so if I take the monday class, which is this afternoon at 2 then I would have two ethics classes on Mondays? because I won't be in the friday one or is there another day for the monday 2 o'clock class I am sorry I didn't get a syllabus."
Tara laughs. "It's okay, honey. You're just going to one class a week. You've already been to the Friday class this week, which is week 3 of classes, so I'll see you next Monday, from 2-4pm, for week 4. Does that make sense?"
"I need to let you know a few things about me, mainly because I trust you and I think you'd understand." She swallowed. "I told you that I'm a witch, correct?"
Maia nodded slowly not taking her eyes off Tara. "I-" Maia hesitated, Tara's manner seemed standoffish to her after the cozy morning they had had with the FEMO and pancakes yesterday. "Well if you, if you need anything I am here ok." Maia kept her eyes from showing Tara's manner had hurt her feelings just slightly. maybe she is just like this after a long night Maia stood watching Tara for a moment not sure if she should leave or press the issue of Tara's rough night.
Maia nodded glad the coldness of Tara was gone. "Yeah." She nodded and smiled. She came over and hugged Tara and whipsered "I'll still worry. Your my big sister its my job." Maia pulled back and walked to the door. "I'll see you later."
Tara can hear the capitalisation in Phoebe's tone, and bites her lip, trying to remember the lore her mother taught her. Finally, she replies, "I'm sorry, Phoebe. I don't know that order."
