Creative Writing; Tuesday, First Period [ 07/12 ].
There was certainly coffee, coffee all around, and cocoa!, at the start of class this morning, especially since Shunsui suspected his students would all be endowed with hands to actually hold their cups, not to mention their pens, today.
"Ahhh, good morning, and welcome back, my little goslings ♥," said Shunsui as his little class got themselves settled in for another session of coffee and creation. He passed along the drink carriers of lattes and hot chocolate as he did last time, because drinking coffee was simply what was expected out of young authors. "Today's lesson was intended to be about creating characters, but let us be honest with ourselves ♥! The events of the last few days probably presented us with more writing material than any silly exercise may have even dreamed of offering us ♥.
"Today's assignment, then, will be very simple, and a good lesson at remembering that some of the strange things that happen in our lives can be used to imbibe into our stories and make them richer with detail ♥. Surely, you've heard the phrase that truth is stranger than fiction ♥. Such is never more true than on Fandom Island ♥! So now that we all have hands once more, let us take up our pens and write from the perspective of our pony personae ♥. Perhaps you will write about an actual equine adventure you pursued ♥. Perhaps you will choose to create a new adventure for this four-legged avatar ♥. Perhaps you didn't change at all this weekend, and you could either write about the strangeness of having your friends all change but remaining the same, or rouse up your creativity and write about what you may have done if you would have joined them in their horsey fate ♥. As always, your imagination is your only limitation, and toward the end of the class, we will share our favourite bits with each other ♥."
