Try Not to Die!! [Tuesday, May 31]

Anakin realized that he was teaching a class called "Try Not to Die" but this morning he wasn't feeling either the exclamation points or the need to put the students into even slightly dangerous situations.

Blame three days of watching the Hunger Games for that. He sent out handwavy messages for the students to meet him at the Danger Shop instead of on the causeway, and the environment that greeted the students was decidedly...chocolatey. The sun was shining brightly overhead, complete with the sorts of fluffy clouds you only found in movies or children's drawings.

"Welcome to my version of a land made of candy," he said. "Try not to get to distracted by how everything is edible--you still have several tasks to complete." With that, he gestured toward the clue box and stepped out of the way.

There was no chocolate on her face, but Kate was feeling vaguely ill when she made it back to Anakin. Chocolate, running, and the effect of said rich chocolate on someone used to going without food.

Somehow, she didn't see herself doing as well as last week.

Kate nodded, actually feeling okay with that placing, all things considered. "I don't think I want to look at chocolate for a while," she admitted.

"There were a lot of truffles, weren't there?" he replied.

There were. "I think more than I've seen in my life."
