Try Not to Die!! [Tuesday, May 31]
Anakin realized that he was teaching a class called "Try Not to Die" but this morning he wasn't feeling either the exclamation points or the need to put the students into even slightly dangerous situations.
Blame three days of watching the Hunger Games for that. He sent outhandwavy messages for the students to meet him at the Danger Shop instead of on the causeway, and the environment that greeted the students was decidedly...chocolatey. The sun was shining brightly overhead, complete with the sorts of fluffy clouds you only found in movies or children's drawings.
"Welcome to my version of a land made of candy," he said. "Try not to get to distracted by how everything is edible--you still have several tasks to complete." With that, he gestured toward the clue box and stepped out of the way.

Road Block [5/31]
and Candyland-esqueroad (don't eat it, even if it's made of brittle) until you reach a storefront made of gingerbread.Don't eat that either.
Inside you will find a giant tray of unmarked truffles. On the counter you will find six flavors. Taste the truffles and match the chocolates to the following flavors: pineapple and habenero, pear and cheese, kaffir lime and coconut, wasabi and ginger, caramelized plantain, and raspberry and pink pepper.
When you have matched the chocolates correctly, the woman behind the counter will give you your next clue.

Honestly, he could have done without that wasabi truffle. His mouth was still burning as he took his clue.
Re: Road Block [5/31]
And besides, the pineapple one was easy. If spicy. He was in an out pretty quickly, after making a few faces at the wasabi one.
Re: Road Block [5/31]
It was only to be expected that she was a little slower on this part than some of the other tasks.
Re: Road Block [5/31]
Re: Road Block [5/31]
So it took her a while to guess which flavours were which.
Re: Road Block [5/31]
shopliftget at the corner store. So yeah, it took him a while to figure out some of the flavours.Re: Road Block [5/31]
That said, she wasn't terribly familiar with all of the flavors, and less enthusiastic than usual about enjoying food, so it took her a while to match all the flavors.
Upon receiving her clue, she thanked the woman behind the counter rather more profusely than might be called for.
Re: Road Block [5/31]
He closed his eyes, and tried to see if he could match them without having to start eating them. He knew he couldn't handle eating too much chocolate, so perhaps luck would be on his side...
And maybe at least try one or two. He could handle one or two.

Re: Road Block [5/31]
This was going to take forever.

Re: Road Block [5/31]
She had only minimal trouble with this one, and then it was off to the next one.
Re: Road Block [5/31]
Unfortunately Richie did not have the most developed palate out there and it took a while to identify all the truffle flavors. Or maybe he was dragging it out as an excuse to eat more fancy chocolates. The latter is what he'd tell people who asked. The former was much closer to the truth. In any case, it took him a while to get the chocolates matched up correctly.
Re: Road Block [5/31]
He spat out the first one into his napkin much to the horror of the woman behind the counter. "Pineapple and HOT habenero?"
The next few ones went fairly quickly with trial an error and error and finally getting them all done in record time.
"I'm out of here!" Jack shouted as he dashed out of the storefront.
